Todo excelente. Acudí a comer con mi pareja porque me regalaron un bono, y tuvieron muy buen gusto y acierto en elegir el menú Caldentey de 5 fases. Creo que con uno de 8 o 10 me hubiese sentido demasiado lleno y no lo habría disfrutado tanto, aunque esto es una preferencia personal. Se trata de menús de degustación en los que el cocinero elige cada plato. Son platos originales, llenos de sabores y matices bien combinados, elaborados con cariño y una cuidada presentación. Ya sólo el pan de aceite casero con allioli de especias que trajeron al principio es anunciador de la calidad de lo que vendrá a continuación. Tomeu, alternándose con el resto del personal, sirve personalmente explicando los detalles de cada plato y respondiendo preguntas de los clientes, en un trato muy agradable y cercano durante toda la estancia. Durante la reserva, nos preguntaron si teníamos alguna intolerancia o algún alimento que no comiéramos, y lo tuvieron en cuenta modificando algún plato el día que fuimos. Un detalle por su parte. Muy recomendable para repetir. Sin duda, lo tendré en cuenta el día que sea yo quien tenga que hacer un regalo.

Wir, mein Mann und ich hatten das 5 Gang Menü und wenn wir mehr von dem leckeren Brot gegessen hätten, wären wir wahrscheinlich auch satt geworden. Die Portionen waren kleiner als klein. Wir waren nicht zufrieden . Auf den Fotos sehen die Portionen weit größer aus, als sie sind !
